Content / Composition:
Each 5 mL contains:
* Ibuprofen …… 100 mg
* Flavored oral suspension (Orange)

Indications:
* Fever (Pyrexia) in children & adults
* Mild to moderate pain
* Headache
* Toothache
* Musculoskeletal pain
* Post-vaccination fever
* Cold & flu symptoms
Dosage:
As directed by the physician
Children:
* 5–10 mg/kg per dose every 6–8 hours
(Maximum daily dose: 30 mg/kg/day)
Adults:
* 200–400 mg every 6–8 hours as needed
(Maximum OTC dose: 1200 mg/day)
Contraindications:
* Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs
* History of NSAID-induced asthma
* Active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding
* Severe renal or hepatic impairment
* Third trimester of pregnancy
Administration:
* Oral use
* Shake well before use
* Preferably take after food or milk
* Use calibrated measuring cup/spoon
Interaction:
* Anticoagulants (e.g., Warfarin) → increased bleeding risk
* Corticosteroids → increased GI risk
* ACE inhibitors & diuretics → reduced renal function
* Aspirin → reduced cardioprotective effect
Compatibility:
* Can be co-administered with paracetamol (with medical advice)
* Compatible with most pediatric fever regimens
Stability / Storage:
* Store below 25°C
* Protect from light
* Do not freeze
* Keep tightly closed
Precautions:
* Use lowest effective dose for shortest duration
* Caution in dehydration (especially children)
* Monitor in renal impairment
* Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision
