Each 5 mL contains:

Indications:
* High-grade fever
* Moderate to severe pain
* Headache
* Toothache
* Musculoskeletal pain
* Post-operative pain
* Inflammatory conditions
* Fever associated with infections
Dosage:
As directed by the physician
Children (>6 months):
* 5–10 mg/kg per dose every 6–8 hours
(Maximum: 30 mg/kg/day)
Adults:
* 200–400 mg every 6–8 hours
(Maximum daily dose: up to 2400 mg under supervision)
⚠️ Note: This is a double-strength formulation, dosing accuracy is critical.
Contraindications:
* Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or NSAIDs
* History of NSAID-induced asthma
* Active GI ulcer or bleeding
* Severe renal or hepatic impairment
* Third trimester of pregnancy
Administration:
* Oral use only
* Shake well before use
* Administer after meals or with milk
* Use calibrated measuring device
Interaction:
* Anticoagulants → increased bleeding risk
* Corticosteroids → increased GI toxicity
* ACE inhibitors & diuretics → renal risk
* Aspirin → reduced cardioprotective effect
Compatibility:
* May be used with paracetamol (medical supervision)
