Each 5 mL contains:

* Flavored oral suspension (Orange)

Indications:
* Moderate to high fever
* Mild to moderate pain
* Headache
* Toothache
* Sore throat
* Musculoskeletal pain
* Post-vaccination fever
* Flu & viral fever
Dosage:
As directed by the physician
Children:
* 10–15 mg/kg per dose every 4–6 hours
(Maximum: 60 mg/kg/day)
Adults:
* 500–1000 mg every 4–6 hours
(Maximum: 4000 mg/day)
⚠️ Note: High-strength formulation – dosing accuracy is essential.
Contraindications:
* Hypersensitivity to paracetamol
* Severe liver disease
* Chronic alcohol abuse
Administration:
* Oral use
* Shake well before use
* Can be taken with or without food
* Use calibrated measuring device
Interaction:
* Warfarin → increased bleeding risk (long-term use)
* Alcohol → increased hepatotoxicity risk ❗
* Enzyme inducers (phenytoin, rifampicin) → reduced effect
