Each tablet contains:
Betahistine Dihydrochloride 8 mg
Indications:
For treatment of Ménière’s syndrome and symptoms such as vertigo, dizziness, tinnitus, hearing disturbance, nausea, and balance problems. �

Dosage:
Adults: 8–16 mg three times daily, preferably with meals. Maintenance dose is usually 24–48 mg daily. Maximum daily dose: 48 mg. �

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to betahistine or any ingredient. Contraindicated in patients with phaeochromocytoma. �

Administration:
For oral use. Take with or after food with a glass of water to reduce stomach discomfort. �

Interaction:
Use caution with antihistamines, as they may reduce the effect of betahistine. Caution is also advised when changing or stopping sedating antihistamines. �

Compatibility:
Not applicable for oral tablets. Do not mix with other medicines unless prescribed by a physician.
Stability / Storage:
Store below 25°C, in original packaging, protected from heat, light, and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Precautions:
Use with caution in patients with asthma, peptic ulcer/history of ulcer, severe low blood pressure, allergic conditions, or porphyria. Not recommended for children under 18 years due to limited safety data. �
