Each 5 mL contains:
* Aminophylline …… 32 mg
* Diphenhydramine HCl …… 8 mg
* Ammonium Chloride …… 30 mg

* Flavored syrup base

Indications:
* Productive cough (wet cough)
* Bronchitis (acute & chronic)
* Cough with chest congestion

Dosage:
As directed by the physician
Adults:
* 5–10 mL, 2–3 times daily
Children (6–12 years):
* 2.5–5 mL, 2–3 times daily
Children (<6 years):
* Only under medical supervision
Contraindications:
* Hypersensitivity to any component
* Severe hypertension or cardiac arrhythmias (Aminophylline) ❗
* Glaucoma or prostatic hypertrophy (Diphenhydramine)
